Creative Green Energy has many years of expertise in interior design and project management, so can produce professional floor plans using cad software. Our fees are designed to be cost effective, we charge a base fee payable at the point of survey and then a drawing fee based on the square meterage of the property, the base fee varies depending on whether a floor plan for marketing purposes, floor plan for a lease or HMO licence application process.
A floor plan is a proportional or scale diagram of the layout of a property, as a 2d (flat) rendition. A floor plans will have the dimensions, room labels, position of sanitary ware, kitchen work top and a pointer indicating north shown on it.
Floor plans are used by landlords and agents when renting or selling a property, it is a very useful tool to allow prospective occupiers to see the layout of a property prior to viewing and it is considered that having a floor plan as part of the publicity information on a property greatly increases the marketability. A floor plan is also required when forming a new lease or when considering the renovation of a property.
We also provide plans for HMO licence application, consists of a simple floor outline showing rooms in proportion, annotated clearly: Carbon Monoxide Detector, Emergency Lighting, Fire Blanket, Fire Doors, Fire Extinguisher, Heat Detector, Smoke Detector
Our scale of fees:
the base fee and the drawing fee is due upon booking.
